  • We consider that being entrusted with an entrepreneur's unique vision a huge compliment and we take that responsibility very seriously.

Whether it’s something relatively small such as preparing a budget for a private aircraft or the challenge of completing a feasibility study for a new airline, we take great pride in the privilege which clients have bestowed on us and we enjoy assisting them in the realisation of their dream.

Advisory requires a tremendous amount of attention to detail, creativity and time. We never work on projects simultaneously and we only commence work once we have been fully briefed and engaged.

Selecting an efficient ownership structure and then managing the registration and management of the aircraft are key parts of the service package.

  • We understand the time value of money - improving the customers bottom line is always our focus. With our diverse team we are able to plan and execute projects efficiently.

Management projects which we have played a part in include: Maintenance Programmes, Fleet Upgrades, Phased implementation of new aircraft types as well as Business development and creation.

  • RARE AIR arranges WET (also know as A.C.M.I.) leases of helicopters, business jets and airliners.

We don’t arrange DRY or operating leases.

A WET lease is a turn-key solution, where the lessor supplies the Aircraft with Crew, fully Maintained and with limited Insurance, permitting the lessee to start operations almost immediately. The Lessee must be a licensed Aircraft Operating Certificate (AOC) holder.

  • RARE AIR supports our clients with introductions to maintenance insurance programs, managing the aircraft maintenance programs, locating spare parts, solutions in the event of away-from-home breakdowns and tracking mandatory inspections.

  • RARE AIR arranges passenger and cargo charter flights world-wide for our clients. Some flights can be arranged with as little as a few hours notice while others require special permits and months of planning. We are also able to arrange med-evac (air ambulance) flights when necessary.
